We are looking for a skilled Marketing Strategist to plan, execute, and optimize our marketing campaigns and help drive business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with company goals.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitor activities.
- Plan and execute campaigns across digital channels, including social media, email, SEO/SEM, paid advertising, and LinkedIn paid campaigns.
- Track, analyze, and report on campaign performance using KPIs and analytics tools.
- Optimize marketing activities based on data insights to maximize ROI.
- Collaborate with content, design, and product teams to ensure messaging is consistent and effective.
- Manage budgets for marketing campaigns and ensure timely delivery of projects.
- Stay updated on industry trends, emerging tools, and marketing best practices.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- 2+ years of experience in digital marketing strategy.
- Strong knowledge of SEO, SEM, social media marketing, LinkedIn paid campaigns, and analytics tools.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights.
- Experience with campaign management tools and CRM platforms.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Hands-on experience with content marketing, branding, and lead generation.
- Certification in Google Analytics, HubSpot, or related marketing tools.
- Experience managing a marketing team or mentoring junior members.
