Responsibilities and Duties:
Social Media Management
- Create and curate engaging content for various social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, etc.
- Schedule and publish posts, ensuring consistent and timely updates.
- Monitor social media channels, respond to comments, and engage with the online community.
Content Creation and Caption Writing
- Craft compelling and creative captions for social media posts that resonate with the target audience.
Search Engine Optimization (SEO)
- Conduct keyword research and optimize website content for improved search engine rankings.
Campaign Management
- Monitor campaign performance, analyze results, and make adjustments to optimize outcomes.
- Collaborate with the creative team to design campaign materials.
Paid Advertising:
- Create and manage paid advertising campaigns on social media platforms, such as Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads, and Google Ads.
- Allocate budgets effectively and optimize ad spend for maximum ROI.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing or a related field.
- Proven experience in digital marketing, social media management, and content creation.
- Knowledge of SEO best practices and tools.
- Proficiency in running and optimizing paid advertising campaigns on social media platforms.
- Familiarity with Google Analytics and Facebook Analytics.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Creative thinking and the ability to generate innovative marketing ideas.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, competitors, and opportunities.
Pay: Up to Rs85,000.00 per month
