Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Marketing Strategy Lead to oversee marketing initiatives for Hamsun Hospitality and Saleeqa Home Décor. This role is responsible for developing integrated marketing strategies, leading brand-building activities, and ensuring strong market presence across both the hospitality and retail sectors.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement marketing strategies aligned with business objectives
• Lead marketing campaigns, activations, and strategic collaborations
• Maintain consistent brand identity across all communication channels
• Conduct market research to analyze customer behavior and competitor trends
• Manage digital presence, brand content, and creative design outputs
• Collaborate with Sales & Operations to drive revenue growth
• Define marketing KPIs and optimize ROI for all initiatives
• Participate in leadership meetings and contribute to business decisions

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
• Minimum 3+ years of marketing experience, with at least 2 years in a strategy-focused role
• Strong understanding of digital marketing and brand strategy
• Excellent analytical, leadership, and communication skills
