We are looking for an experienced Marketing Strategist International Markets to lead global marketing initiatives across multiple regions. The role focuses on market entry strategy, regional brand positioning, cross-cultural marketing execution, and performance optimization across international territories.
The ideal MALE candidate will have hands-on experience managing multi-country marketing strategies, adapting campaigns for local markets, and working closely with regional teams, agencies, and internal stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
Global Marketing Strategy
- Develop and execute international marketing strategies aligned with overall business and growth objectives.
- Lead market entry and expansion strategies for new regions and countries.
- Define regional go-to-market plans, pricing communication, and positioning strategies.
- Ensure global brand consistency while allowing for localized market adaptations.
International Market Research & Analysis
- Conduct in-depth country-specific market research, competitive analysis, and consumer behavior studies.
- Identify cultural, regulatory, and economic factors impacting marketing performance.
- Analyze regional customer segmentation, buying patterns, and demand drivers.
- Monitor global marketing trends and competitor activities across markets.
Regional Campaign Planning & Execution
- Design and manage multi-region, multi-language marketing campaigns.
- Adapt messaging, content, and creatives for cultural relevance and local compliance.
- Coordinate with regional marketing teams, distributors, and international partners.
- Oversee external agencies, translators, and local vendors.
Digital & Performance Marketing (Global)
- Drive performance across international digital channels (SEO, SEM, paid social, programmatic, email).
- Optimize campaigns based on regional KPIs, conversion funnels, and customer journeys.
- Manage international media budgets and ROI tracking.
- Ensure website localization, regional SEO, and geo-targeted campaigns.
Brand Governance & Localization
- Maintain global brand standards across all international markets.
- Ensure compliance with local advertising laws, data protection regulations, and cultural norms.
- Support global PR, thought leadership, and brand partnerships.
- Protect brand reputation across diverse international audiences.
Cross-Functional & Stakeholder Collaboration
- Work closely with Sales, Product, Finance, Legal, Compliance, and Operations teams.
- Support international sales teams with localized sales enablement materials.
- Collaborate with leadership on international growth planning and forecasting.
- Act as a bridge between Group & regional teams.
Reporting, Insights & Optimization
- Develop international marketing dashboards and performance reports.
- Analyze CAC, LTV, ROI, engagement, and market penetration by region.
- Present insights and strategic recommendations to senior leadership.
- Continuously optimize strategies based on data and regional performance feedback.
Required Qualifications
- Master’s degree in marketing from top tier university.
- 2–3 years of experience in international marketing strategy or global growth roles.
- Proven track record managing multi-country or multi-region marketing initiatives.
- Strong understanding of cross-cultural marketing and global brand management.
