Job Overview:
We are looking for a capable and well-organized Marketing, Technical Executive to manage marketing coordination, tender participation, and administrative operations. The candidate should possess technical knowledge of digital signage displays, interactive smart boards, and audio-video (AV) systems, along with good communication and multitasking skills.
Key Responsibilities:
Marketing & Technical:
- Coordinate and execute marketing activities, promotions, and client follow-ups.
- Identify and participate in government and private tenders, including document preparation and online submissions.
- Support the preparation of technical proposals, BOQs, quotations, and datasheets.
- Assist in demonstrations, client presentations, and basic pre-sales support.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis in the AV and digital signage sector.
- Maintain a database of suppliers, clients, and tenders.
Admin Activities:
- Handle day-to-day office administration and correspondence.
- Maintain project and purchase documentation systematically.
- Coordinate with the head office on invoicing, purchase orders, and delivery schedules.
- Manage local logistics, courier dispatch, and vendor follow-ups.
- Prepare daily and weekly reports on sales, marketing, and tender progress.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Electronics, Electrical, Business Administration, or related field.
- 1-2years of experience in marketing, technical coordination, tendering, or admin roles.
- Knowledge of digital signage, smart interactive displays, and AV integration systems.
- Familiarity with e-tendering and government procurement platforms.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint); knowledge of basic design tools or AutoCAD is an advantage.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
