Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in identifying new business opportunities through market research and lead generation.
• Support the marketing team in planning and executing campaigns (digital & traditional).
• Build and maintain relationships with potential clients through calls, emails, and professional networking.
• Prepare business proposals, presentations, and reports as required.
• Collaborate with senior team members to develop strategies for business growth.
• Maintain accurate records of client interactions in the CRM system.
• Stay updated with market trends and competitor activities.

Requirements:

• Fresh graduates .
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills (English proficiency is a must).
• Basic understanding of sales, marketing, and business development concepts.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Self-motivated, proactive, and eager to learn.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and during night shifts.
