Marketing / Video Editor / Social Media Coordinator

• Must possess strong computer proficiency and own a laptop or PC for remote work.
• Manually post original, edited, and processed content across 7 social media platforms.
• Edit raw video footage into high-quality social media content using DaVinci Resolve exclusively—no exceptions.
• Engage in multiple Facebook groups and masterminds to identify customer needs and inform content creation.
• Post in Facebook groups using provided credentials to assist users while promoting LeadFuzion products.
• Strong knowledge of the U.S. real estate industry is a significant advantage.
• Develop a digital strategy with engaging content aligned to marketing objectives across social channels.
• Produce polished, on-brand marketing materials, including website content, ads, social posts, and collateral.
• Manage website content via WordPress, mailing lists via FluentCRM.com, SEO, and analytics to maintain relevance and currency.
• Podcasting experience is a bonus; otherwise, collaborate to launch and secure interviews (extensive contacts available).
• Generate monthly reports using Google Analytics and social platform data, with recommendations for optimization.
• Build live streams and a 24/7 TV service on YouTube and X (formerly Twitter).
• Host live segments with guests discussing trending topics from Facebook groups.
• Establish and manage an affiliate program to recruit top affiliates for product promotion.
• Identify target podcasts and coordinate guest appearances for Rob.
• Launch and manage the InvestorSource.io podcast in April.
