Position: Outreach Manager

Role Overview

The Outreach Manager will be responsible for building, maintaining, and enhancing strategic relationships with schools, consultant, institutions, corporate partners, and communities. The role requires designing and implementing outreach programs that strengthen IMS DIA’s brand presence, increase enrollments, and create impactful partnerships.

Key ResponsibilitiesInstitutional & Community Outreach

  • Develop and execute outreach strategies PAN India to connect with schools, consultant, universities, and community organizations.
  • Conduct seminars, workshops, and counseling sessions to promote IMS DIA’s programs.
  • Build strong relationships with principals, faculty, counselors, and student groups.

Partnerships & Alliances

  • Establish and manage collaborations with educational institutions, corporates, and international partners.
  • Negotiate and formalize MOUs, articulation agreements, and exchange programs.
  • Liaise with government bodies, NGOs, and industry stakeholders to expand institutional reach.

Marketing & Brand Engagement

  • Coordinate with the marketing team to align outreach activities with brand campaigns.
  • Represent IMS DIA at education fairs, exhibitions, and career counseling forums.
  • Develop creative engagement initiatives (design competitions, bootcamps, webinars, etc.) to attract prospective students.

Student Recruitment & Lead Generation

  • Drive lead generation through outreach initiatives.
  • Manage the pipeline of prospective students from awareness to enrollment.
  • Analyze outreach performance and recommend improvements.

Operational & Reporting

  • Prepare reports on outreach activities, impact analysis, and lead conversions.
  • Monitor budgets allocated for outreach initiatives.
  • Ensure seamless execution of events, workshops, and tie-ups.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Marketing, Education, Business, or related field.
  • 4–8 years of experience in outreach, partnerships, business development, or institutional tie-ups (education industry preferred).
  • Proven track record in student recruitment, partnerships, and event management.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
