Key Responsibilities:

Marketing Management:

  • Develop and execute marketing strategies, including social media campaigns, email marketing, and content creation.
  • Manage the company website, including design updates, content management, and performance optimization.
  • Monitor marketing metrics to assess campaign effectiveness and adjust strategies as needed.
  • Collaborate with internal and external teams to maintain brand consistency and drive engagement.

Proposal Development:

  • Respond to Requests for Proposals (RFPs) for contract transportation work, including crafting proposals and coordinating with internal teams.
  • Analyze proposal requirements to ensure compliance and competitiveness.

IT Management:

  • Manage transportation software to ensure smooth operations and compliance with organizational requirements.
  • Collaborate with technology vendors to evaluate and implement new systems and upgrades.
  • Provide technical support and training to staff as needed.
  • Ensure data security, system reliability, and optimal performance.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in, Marketing, Business Administration, IT or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Strong background in digital marketing, including social media and email campaigns.
  • Proficiency in website management tools (e.g., WordPress) and basic design skills.
  • Experience responding to RFPs or similar proposal processes.
  • Strong background in digital marketing, including social media and email campaigns.
  • Proven experience in IT management, including hardware, software, and vendor relations
  • Excellent problem-solving, organizational, and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a dynamic environment.

Preferred Skills:

  • Familiarity with transportation or logistics technology systems.
  • General Marketing Abilities
  • Graphic design experience or familiarity with design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite).
  • Knowledge of RFPs and proposal writing

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $30.00 per hour
