Marketplace Executive (Amazon / Flipkart)

Job Summary

We are seeking a results-driven Amazon Ad Executive to oversee and optimize advertising campaigns on the Amazon / Flipkart platform. The ideal candidate will leverage Amazon’s advertising tools, strategies, and data-driven insights to improve product visibility, drive sales, and achieve measurable business outcomes for our clients or brand.

Key Responsibilities

  • Amazon / Flipkart Advertising Campaign Management:
  • Create, launch, and manage Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands, Sponsored Display, and Amazon DSP campaigns.
  • Optimize campaigns to improve ROI, CTR, and overall sales performance.
  • Data Analysis and Insights:
  • Analyze campaign performance data and generate actionable insights using Amazon Advertising reports and analytics tools.
  • Monitor KPIs like ACoS (Advertising Cost of Sale), ROAS (Return on Ad Spend), and conversion rates.
  • Keyword Research & Optimization:
  • Perform keyword research and continuously optimize keywords to improve campaign performance.
  • Leverage Amazon's search trends and competitive analysis tools.
  • Strategy Development:
  • Develop and implement advertising strategies to align with overall brand objectives and sales goals.
  • Stay updated on trends, algorithm changes, and new Amazon advertising features.
  • Collaboration:
  • Work with cross-functional teams, including sales, creative, and product teams, to ensure ad alignment with brand goals.
  • Partner with external stakeholders, including vendors or clients, to manage expectations and performance.
  • Reporting:
  • Prepare regular performance reports with insights and recommendations for stakeholders.
  • Track budget utilization and ensure campaigns stay within allocated spend.

Requirements

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • Experience: 3+ years of experience managing Amazon advertising campaigns or similar roles in e-commerce advertising.
  • Skills:
  • Proficiency with Amazon Ads Manager, Seller Central, and/or Vendor Central.
  • Strong analytical skills with experience using Excel, Tableau, or similar tools for data analysis.
  • Knowledge of digital marketing strategies and PPC (Pay-Per-Click) advertising.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Certifications (preferred): Amazon Advertising Certification or similar digital marketing certifications.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹600,000.00 - ₹1,200,000.00 per year
