- Order and manage inventory of materials, ensuring that supplies are sufficient for ongoing work without incurring unnecessary costs.
- Maintain clear and consistent communication with project managers, subcontractors, and clients to ensure alignment on expectations and progress.
- Train and mentor junior masons, sharing expertise in techniques and best practices to enhance team skill levels and efficiency.
- Implement quality control measures, conducting inspections of completed work to ensure it meets established standards and specifications.
- Prepare and submit daily reports on project status, workforce, and materials used, providing transparency to stakeholders.
