Position Overview:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Mass Torts Legal Assistant to join our team. This role is fully in-office and will assist in mass torts cases. The ideal candidate is organized, proactive, and able to handle a high volume of administrative and client-related tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Job Description:

• Assist in all aspects of mass torts case management
• Draft and send outgoing letters to clients, courts, and opposing counsel
• Retrieve, organize, and upload case-related documents
• Perform extensive data entry with accuracy and efficiency
• Handle incoming and outgoing calls with clients, providing timely updates and gathering information as needed
• Maintain and organize electronic and physical case files
• Track deadlines and ensure timely completion of assigned tasks
• Conduct document reviews and ensure all client and case information is entered and maintained accurately

Qualifications:

• Prior legal experience preferred; experience in a personal injury or mass torts firm is a plus
• Familiarity with PACER filing system strongly preferred
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a high-volume environment
• Strong client service skills and ability to handle sensitive information with discretion
