Master Data & Support Officer

Job Purpose

The Master Data & Support Officer is responsible for data and supplier management. He/she will report to the Supplier Relationship Manager.


Duties and Responsibilities

  • Ensure support to suppliers and to hotels as per company’s Service Level Agreements.
  • Support the Supplier Relationship Manager in daily work-related activities.
  • Ensure the tasks assigned by Manager is completed in a timely manner.
  • Ensure the Database (product and supplier creation) is always maintained, with no duplicates, standard FutureLog formatting, etc.
  • Manage and maintain supplier databases, ensuring data accuracy, completeness, and security.
  • Perform regular data quality checks and audits to identify and resolve discrepancies.
  • Assist in data entry and data cleansing activities to maintain clean and reliable data.
  • Attend to support tickets as assigned by the Supplier Relationship Manager.
  • Actively take part in weekly team meetings.
  • Provide technical support and training to suppliers on data management tools and systems.
  • Support the Customer Success Management team during project tasks such as Mapping, Supplier Onboarding, Local Item and Supplier uploads, etc.
  • Ensure the task list and project timeline sheets are updated on a timely manner.
  • Ensure the Master Data Management Dashboard is updated accurately.
  • Contribute to process the changes done by the suppliers.
  • Contribute to onboarding suppliers on the platform.
  • Contribute to renewals of old supplier contracts.
  • Contribute to supplier payment follow-ups.


Qualifications

  • Hospitality sector experience in procurement, stores, cost control, restaurants, or Finance.
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Office tools.
  • Highly efficient in meeting deadlines and managing job prioritization, with a proactive approach to workloads and changing environments with a very high level of attention to detail.
  • Strong process, planning, and delivery skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently, whilst also being a team player.
  • Previous experience in a similar role.


Language Preference : English & (Arabic is an add on advantage).
