Master Esthetician

Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and highly skilled Master Esthetican to lead our team with expertise, enthusiasm, and professionalism. Duties

• Oversee daily salon or spa operations, ensuring smooth workflow and exceptional guest experiences
• Lead and mentor team members in advanced treatments such as botulinum toxin injections, dermal fillers, dermabrasion, laser treatments, eyelash extensions, body waxing and facials
• Manage client consultations to assess needs and recommend appropriate services and products
• Maintain high standards of sanitation, safety protocols, and compliance with health regulations
• Utilize salon software like Zenoti to schedule appointments, track client histories, and manage retail sales
• Conduct product demonstrations and upsell services or retail items to maximize revenue opportunities
• Coordinate social media management efforts to promote services, specials, and client engagement
• Ensure front desk operations run efficiently by managing guest services and appointment bookings
• Keep abreast of industry trends such as color theory, straight razor techniques, esthetic laser treatments, and hair threading to provide innovative services
• Foster a positive team environment through effective communication skills and leadership

Experience

• Proven management experience within a salon or med spa environment with a focus on esthetic or cosmetology services
• Extensive knowledge of Zenoti management software systems
• Hands-on experience with advanced treatments including laser technology, body waxing, dermaplaning, microneedling, and facials.
• Strong customer service background with excellent communication skills to build lasting client relationships
• Familiarity with social media management for marketing purposes
• Demonstrated ability to upsell retail products while maintaining a focus on guest satisfaction
• Knowledge of sanitation standards and safety regulations in beauty or medical spa settings
