Master Esthetician

Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and highly skilled Master Esthetician to lead our team in delivering exceptional skincare, beauty, and wellness services. Duties

• Provide advanced skincare treatments including dermabrasion, aesthetic laser procedures, facials, microneedling to enhance client results and satisfaction
• Manage daily salon operations, including scheduling appointments, overseeing front desk activities, and ensuring seamless guest services
• Lead and mentor team members in aesthetic treatments, body waxing, and other beauty services to uphold quality standards
• Conduct product demos and upsell retail products effectively to maximize sales opportunities while educating clients on their benefits
• Maintain strict sanitation protocols across all treatment areas in compliance with health regulations to ensure client safety
• Utilize salon software such as Zenoti for appointment booking, client records management, and sales tracking
• Manage social media accounts to promote services, special offers, and engage with the community to grow the client base
• Deliver exceptional customer service by listening attentively to client needs and providing personalized recommendations based on color theory, skin type, and individual goals
• Oversee inventory management for skincare products, tools, and supplies to ensure availability for all treatments

Qualifications

• Valid state cosmetology or esthetician license with Master-level certification preferred
• Proven experience in med spa treatments including dermal fillers, Botox, laser therapy, and other advanced esthetic procedures
• Strong management skills with experience leading a team in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to educate clients about treatment options confidently
• Knowledge of salon software such as Millennium or MINDBODY for scheduling and sales management
• Familiarity with social media management tools for marketing purposes
• Demonstrated expertise in customer service excellence and retail sales techniques
• Ability to perform detailed treatments such as hair threading, straight razor shaves, nail care, body waxing, and makeup application
• Experience with hospitality or guest services environments is highly desirable
• Commitment to maintaining high sanitation standards and adhering to health regulations
