Position Overview
We are looking for an experienced Master Esthetician who is confident in advanced skincare treatments and committed to providing an elevated spa experience.

Duties

• Perform advanced skincare treatments including Morpheus8, IPL, laser hair removal, chemical peels, microneedling, Hydrafacial, microdermabrasion, dermaplaning, waxing and eyebrow/lash tinting, lifting and lamination.
• Conduct thorough skin analyses
• Create custom treatment plans and encourage services
• Educate clients on skincare routines and promote product homecare
• Maintain a clean, sanitary, and welcoming treatment space
• Build and retain a loyal client base
• Build and maintain portfolio with before and after photos
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, techniques, and products

Requirements

• Current Master Esthetician license (required)
• Proven experience in advanced skincare treatments
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Professional, reliable, and team-oriented
• Sales experience with skincare products is a plus
