Material Engineer Fit-out

We are seeking a presentable and proactive Material Engineer to handle material submissions, obtain approvals, and maintain strong communication channels with consultants and clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and submit material approval requests (MAR) as per project specifications.
• Coordinate with consultants and clients for timely approvals.
• Ensure all materials meet technical and aesthetic requirements.
• Maintain updated records of all material submissions and approvals.
• Liaise with suppliers to obtain necessary documents, samples, and test certificates.
• Support project and procurement teams in selecting approved materials.
