Material Keeper

SOGO Group of Companies is seeking a responsible and detail oriented Material Keeper to manage inventory, material handling, record keeping, and coordination activities across departments. The ideal candidate should have experience in store operations and inventory management, preferably within the electronics, solar, engineering, or related industries.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate records of all incoming and outgoing materials.
• Manage inventory levels and ensure proper stock control.
• Receive, inspect, and record materials delivered by vendors and suppliers.
• Coordinate internally with procurement, operations, projects, accounts, and management teams.
• Coordinate externally with suppliers, vendors, transporters, and service providers.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly inventory and stock reports.
• Monitor stock availability and notify management regarding replenishment requirements.
• Ensure proper storage, labeling, and handling of materials.
• Conduct periodic physical stock verification and reconcile discrepancies.
• Maintain documentation related to material issuance, receipts, transfers, and returns.
• Support management with inventory analysis and reporting through Excel and Google Sheets.

Requirements

• Minimum 1–2 years of experience in storekeeping, inventory management, or material handling.
• Experience in electronics, solar, electrical, engineering, or related industries will be preferred.
• Strong command of Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets.
• Good organizational, reporting, and record-keeping skills.
• Ability to coordinate effectively with internal departments and external stakeholders.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in inventory management.
• Graduate or Intermediate qualification with Diploma; relevant certifications will be an advantage.
