Material Planner / Delivery Assurance

STS Aerospace in Laconia, NH is searching for a Material Planner to join the team. This position is responsible the flow of goods and services to assure on time delivery and customer satisfaction. Internally schedules and coordinated material release and flow between departments. Material Planners are responsible for products from supplier to stock room. To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily and with reasonable accommodation when necessary.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities ·

• Input and maintain material delivery schedules

• Liaison between supplier, Purchasing, Finance, Production and Quality
• Verify delivery schedules meet MPS
• Suggest MPS revisions if materials cannot meet MSP demand · Communicate shortages and anticipated problems with production planners
• Accurately and timely enter daily receipts of goods and services in database
• Expedite deliver of goods and services as needed

• Assist with quality corrective actions and supplier related issues

• While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to stand; walk; use hands to finger, handle, or feel; reach with hands and arms; talk and hear.
• The employee must frequently lift and/or move up to 10 pounds and occasionally lift and/or move up to 25 pounds.
• Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision and ability to adjust focus.
• Consistently, regularly and predictably at work and on time ·
• Other duties may be assigned as needed

Education, Certifications, Licenses, & Registrations - High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or one to three years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Prior manufacturing, aerospace, planning, supply chain experience is preferred.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $56,000.00 per year
