Materials Management Supervisor, Baptist Clay

Baptist Health is looking to add a Materials Management Supervisor to our team at Baptist Clay Medical Center . This is a Full-Time Days opportunity.

This position will work closesly with suppliers and other members of the supply department team to ensure our clinical professional have the supplies needed to care for patients. The ideal candidate for this position will have experience in customer service and supply chain, has leadership skills, and possess the ability to proactively resolve issues and communicate effectively.

As a Materials Management Supervisor, you will be responsible for working alongside the rest of the team and the following:

• Planning and coordinating the activities of the Materials Management department.
• Directing daily activities of department including work assignments, performance evaluations, and disciplinary counseling.
• Analyzing working conditions and recommending changes to increase efficiency.
• Inventory control.
• Incoming receipts.
• Distribution.
• Customer service at front desk.
• Ordering supplies.
• Par carts.
• Cycle counts.
• Deliveries to all departments.

Baptist Clay Medical Campus is located on 32 acres at U.S. 17 and Village Square Parkway on Fleming Island. The facility opened in May 2013 to bring the high-quality care of Wolfson Children’s Hospital and Baptist Health to residents of Clay County.

• 3-5 Years Supervisory Experience
• Experience in warehouse setting
