About the Role:

AJA Logistics Solutions Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a motivated Logistics Executive (MBA – Logistics) with at least 1 year of experience to manage transportation and logistics operations. The role includes transport visits, handling all transportation work, and managing leads with strong knowledge of spot closing techniques.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct transport visits and oversee day-to-day logistics operations.
• Manage all transportation work, including scheduling, coordination, and monitoring.
• Handle logistics leads with timely follow-ups and client interaction.
• Support in deal closing through effective communication and commercial understanding.
• Apply spot closing knowledge to convert leads into successful business opportunities.
• Coordinate with vendors, clients, and internal teams for smooth operations.
• Maintain proper documentation, reports, and transportation records.
• Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory standards.

Requirements:

• MBA in Logistics/Supply Chain Management.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in logistics or transportation management.
• Strong knowledge of logistics operations and transportation processes.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and client-handling skills.
• Ability to manage multiple leads and close deals efficiently.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
• Willingness to travel for transport visits.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
