MBBS Graduate - Operations Specialist

Key Responsibilities

· Coordinate with faculties and doctors for scheduling and recording of clinical case videos.

· Travel to hospitals/medical centers to oversee and facilitate the video recording process.

· Negotiate remuneration and finalize scope-of-work agreements with doctors for clinical recordings.

· Prepare and share structured topic lists to guide faculties/doctors during recordings.

· Ensure all content is recorded, reviewed, and delivered as per timelines.

· Monitor the quality and completeness of clinical case recordings to meet academic standards.

· Maintain seamless communication between internal content teams, doctors, and the operations unit.

· Generate regular progress reports highlighting achievements, challenges, and delivery status for management review.

Requirements

· Educational Qualification: MBBS degree.

· Experience: 2–4 years in operations, academic content coordination, or healthcare project management; OR 2–3 years of hospital-based experience (preferred).

· Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills for effective collaboration with faculties and doctors.

· Willingness to travel frequently to hospitals/medical centers.

· Excellent organizational, time-management, and problem-solving skills.

· Proficiency in MS Office/Google Suite; familiarity with online content delivery platforms is an advantage.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹400,000.00 - ₹720,000.00 per year
