Analysis of 2D drawings /3D (DMU: Digital Mockup) and feedback given to Design Office (tolerancing, geometry, key characteristics, torque values), feasibility analysis and give technical proposals if necessary

• Involvement in multi-functional team (MFT) meetings concerning risks analysis. Knowledge of PFMEA process
• Check and validation of drawings and associated bill of materials (BOM). Technical perimeter structure assembly, Components assembly, cabinet, Elementary parts. Knowledge of metallic and composite structures
• Creation and/or modification of routings (assembly routings and/or manufacturing routings depending on the environment). Management of associated tasks in the IT system (SAP, Catia V5,3DX, etc...)
• Creation and/or modification of tooling’s request
• Creation and/or modification of repair routings following nonconformities, design query notes etc....
• Responsible of a routing portfolio and associated configuration management
• Digital Mockup (3D DMU) knowledge necessary for simulations
