Mechanical Draughtsman

Responsibilities:

• Prepare MEP shop drawings (Mechanical, Electrical & Plumbing) using AutoCAD and Revit.
• Develop and update 2D drawings and 3D BIM models for high-rise projects.
• Coordinate drawings with architectural and structural teams.
• Support clash detection and coordination between different services.
• Revise drawings as per consultant/site comments.
• Prepare as-built drawings for project handover.

Requirements

• Diploma/ITI in Mechanical, Electrical, or Building Services.
• Experience as an MEP Draughtsman in high-rise construction.
• Good knowledge of Revit MEP and AutoCAD.
• Basic knowledge of authority standards (DEWA, ADDC, etc.).
• Ability to work in a team and deliver drawings on time.
