Key Responsibilities:
- Generate leads and manage HVAC project sales and AMC contracts
- Identify and develop new sales opportunities (chillers, VRF/VRV, ducted splits, FCUs, etc.)
- Build and maintain relationships with consultants, contractors, developers, and facility managers
- Conduct client visits, presentations, and product demonstrations
- Coordinate with engineering and estimation teams for proposals, quotations, and technical submissions
- Track projects, tenders, and RFQs; follow up to closure
- Stay updated on construction projects and market trends
- Ensure compliance with Qatari standards (QCS, Kahramaa, Ashghal)
- Maintain accurate sales records, forecasts, and reports
- Achieve monthly and annual sales targets
Requirements:
- Transferable RP required
- Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering, HVAC, or related field 5–7 years of HVAC sales experience in Qatar
- Strong knowledge of HVAC design, equipment selection, estimation, and technical drawings
- Good understanding of local MEP regulations and standards
- Established network of consultants and contractors in Qatar (advantage)
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and client-handling skills
- Valid Qatar Driving License
