Mechanical Engineer

• Design & Fabrication: Design mechanical systems, tools, and equipment used in concrete product manufacturing, ensuring functionality and durability.
• Welding Process Management: Oversee welding operations (e.g., MIG, TIG, Stick), ensuring high-quality welds and adherence to safety standards.
• Machine Maintenance: Lead maintenance and repair of production machinery, including mixers, conveyors, and molds, ensuring optimal performance.
• Material Selection & Testing: Choose appropriate materials for fabrication and conduct testing to ensure they meet performance standards.
• Quality Control: Inspect fabricated and welded components for accuracy, durability, and compliance with industry standards.
• Process Improvement: Identify opportunities to improve welding, fabrication, and maintenance processes to increase efficiency and reduce downtime.
• Health & Safety Compliance: Ensure all activities follow safety standards, including welding, fabrication, and maintenance tasks.

Pay: BD350.000 - BD400.000 per month
