We are seeking a Mechanical Engineer responsible for the design, development, and validation of mechanical systems and components. The ideal candidate will create detailed 3D models and technical drawings using CAD software, perform structural and thermal analyses, and oversee prototyping and testing to ensure product reliability and performance. The role requires collaboration with cross-functional teams to take projects from concept to manufacturing while ensuring compliance with quality standards, cost targets, and project timelines.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and develop mechanical components and systems using CAD software such as SolidWorks, CATIA, or AutoCAD.
• Perform structural and thermal analyses (FEA) to validate designs.
• Oversee prototyping, testing, and validation of mechanical systems to ensure functionality and reliability.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including electrical, software, and QA to ensure seamless integration of systems.
• Select appropriate materials and manufacturing processes for products.
• Ensure designs meet quality standards, cost targets, and project timelines.
• Apply principles of design for manufacturability (DFM) and product lifecycle management (PLM).
• Prepare and maintain detailed technical documentation, drawings, and design reports.
• Participate in design reviews, troubleshooting, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Preferred Skills & Technical Competencies:

• Strong proficiency in CAD software (SolidWorks, CATIA, AutoCAD).
• Experience with structural and thermal analysis tools (FEA).
• Knowledge of prototyping, testing, and validation of mechanical systems.
• Understanding of materials selection and manufacturing processes.
• Experience with DFM, PLM, and product lifecycle processes.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and documentation skills.
• Ability to work effectively in cross-functional and multidisciplinary teams.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs150,000.00 - Rs200,000.00 per month
