Mechanical Engineer

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Mechanical Engineer with strong expertise in HVAC, air conditioning, and plumbing systems. The candidate will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing MEP mechanical works, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and in compliance with quality and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, execute, and supervise HVAC, AC, and plumbing works from initiation to completion.
• Prepare project schedules, resource planning, and work programs.
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors, and internal teams.
• Review design drawings, material submittals, and technical specifications.
• Monitor site progress and ensure adherence to project timelines.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards.
• Conduct site inspections and prepare progress reports.
• Support cost control, variations, and quantity verification.
• Supervise installation, testing, and commissioning of HVAC and plumbing systems.
• Identify and resolve technical and site-related issues.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in HVAC & Plumbing projects.
• Strong knowledge of MEP systems and site execution.
• Experience in commercial/residential/industrial projects.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD and MS Office.
• Strong coordination and problem-solving skills.
