Mechanical Engineer

Mechanical Engineer – HVAC (Facilities Management).

We are seeking a qualified and experienced Mechanical Engineer to join our Facilities Management team. The ideal candidate will have strong technical expertise in HVAC systems, chillers, and air conditioning systems, with hands-on experience in maintenance and operations within facilities management projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of HVAC systems, chillers, and AC units.
• Manage preventive and corrective maintenance activities.
• Ensure all mechanical systems operate efficiently and comply with safety standards.
• Coordinate with site teams and clients regarding technical requirements.
• Prepare technical reports, maintenance schedules, and performance evaluations.
• Support project execution and ensure timely completion of assigned tasks.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering (Mandatory).
• Minimum 5 years of experience in HVAC, chillers, and AC systems.
• Previous experience in Facilities Management is required.
• HVAC, Air Conditioning, or Refrigeration certifications will be an added advantage.
• Strong knowledge of maintenance standards and troubleshooting techniques.
• Ability to communicate effectively in both English and Arabic (reading, writing, and speaking).
• Willingness to be deployed anywhere within the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia as required.
