Mechanical Engineer(Manufacturing)

We are looking for a qualified and proactive Mechanical Engineer with expertise in manufacturing processes. The candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and improving mechanical systems, machinery, and production lines to ensure optimal performance, cost-efficiency, and product quality.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and optimize manufacturing equipment, tools, and processes.
• Create detailed mechanical designs and layouts using CAD software (AutoCAD, SolidWorks, etc.).
• Collaborate with production teams to ensure smooth implementation of new designs and process improvements.
• Analyze production workflows, identify bottlenecks, and recommend solutions to increase efficiency and reduce waste.
• Conduct feasibility studies, time and motion studies, and cost analysis.
• Ensure machinery and equipment are maintained and operating safely and efficiently.
• Support the procurement of raw materials and components based on design requirements.
• Perform root cause analysis and troubleshooting to resolve production-related issues.
• Ensure compliance with quality standards, safety protocols, and regulatory requirements.
• Prepare reports, technical documentation, and presentations for management and stakeholders.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
• Experience in manufacturing, production planning, or industrial engineering.
• Strong knowledge of mechanical design, materials, and manufacturing techniques.
• Proficiency in CAD tools like AutoCAD, SolidWorks, or similar software.
• Understanding of lean manufacturing, Six Sigma, or continuous improvement processes.
• Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and project management skills.
• Good communication and teamwork abilities.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience in sectors such as automotive, aerospace, consumer goods, or heavy machinery.
• Knowledge of automation systems and robotics.
• Certification in manufacturing process optimization or quality control.
• Familiarity with ERP systems.
