Job Overview

We are seeking a highly qualified Mechanical Inspector with a strong background in engineering consultancy and extensive experience in high-rise building projects within Dubai. The successful candidate will oversee all on-site mechanical systems, ensuring that installation, testing, and commissioning meet both local authority standards and project specifications.

Requirements / Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering.
• Minimum 10 years of experience, specifically in high-rise building projects.
• Strong knowledge of HVAC, Plumbing, Drainage, Fire protection and LPG systems.
• Experience in Testing & Commissioning, Inspection of work and materials as per the authority requirements and standards.
• Proficient in MS Office and AutoCAD.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• A background in an engineering consultancy office in Dubai.

Responsibilities:

• Supervise and manage all mechanical works on high-rise building projects.
• Ensure full compliance with project specifications, local authority regulations, and international standards.
• Review and approve mechanical shop drawings, material submittals, and method statements.
• Coordinate with consultants, contractors, and internal teams.
• Conduct site inspections, monitor progress, and ensure quality control.
• Participate in project meetings and provide technical support as required.
