Objective

To ensure that the vehicles are well maintained and in a presentable condition, as well as ensuring timely mechanical checkup and maintained with coordination with workshop.

Roles and Responsibilities :

  • Coordinate daily fleet activities, including vehicle movement, and availability for operations.
  • Maintain accurate and updated records of vehicle registration, insurance, and maintenance schedules.
  • Coordinate with workshops and service centers for preventive and corrective maintenance.
  • Follow up on vehicle repairs, ensuring timely completion and quality assurance.
  • Monitor vehicle downtime and provide reports on causes and solutions.
  • Support in vehicle replacement, de-fleeting, and new vehicle induction processes.
  • Conduct basic vehicle inspections and diagnostics to identify mechanical or electrical issues.
  • Supervise repair and maintenance works to ensure compliance with manufacturer and company standards.
  • Coordinate with workshop, agencies, and suppliers for spare parts and quotations.
  • Verify repair quotations and recommend cost-effective solutions.
  • Assist in technical evaluations during Breakdown & accident, warranty claims, and vehicle performance analysis.
  • Support in implementing maintenance programs for hybrid/electric and conventional vehicles.
  • Ensure vehicles are registered, renewed, and inspected on time as per ITC requirements.
  • Maintain records for all technical and operational documents for audit and compliance.
  • Prepare daily and weekly fleet status reports including repair status, downtime, and performance analysis.
  • Maintain master data for vehicles and maintenance history.
  • Report recurring issues and suggest preventive measures.

Qualification:

  • Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical / Automotive Engineering or equivalent. ·
  • 3–5 years of experience in fleet coordination or vehicle maintenance (preferably in taxi or limousine industry).
  • Good understanding of UAE traffic, transport, and registration regulations.
  • Technical knowledge of hybrid, electric, and conventional vehicles.

  • Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word) and fleet management systems.
  • Valid UAE Driving License preferred.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED4,000.00 - AED4,500.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Abu Dhabi: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)

Experience:

  • Fleet Coordination: 1 year (Required)
  • Vehicle Mechanics & procedures: 1 year (Required)

License/Certification:

  • UAE license (Preferred)
