Mechanical Maintenance Engineer

JOB DESCRIPTION MAINTENANCE ENGINEER, Experience- 3+years

 Develop and implement a preventive maintenance schedule for all plant equipment, including oil processing machinery, boilers, pumps, compressors, and electrical systems.

 Plan and prioritize maintenance activities to minimize downtime and ensure production targets are met.

 Coordinate scheduled shutdowns for major maintenance, repairs, or upgrades.

 Troubleshoot equipment issues and coordinate timely repairs or replacements.

 Lead and manage the maintenance team, including mechanical and electrical technicians, fitters, and other support staff.

 Provide training and development opportunities to enhance the skills of the maintenance team.

 Assign tasks, monitor performance, and ensure that maintenance activities are carried out safely and efficiently.

 Implement preventive maintenance programs to reduce equipment breakdowns and extend the life of machinery.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
