Job Mission:

Follow up repairing machines breakdown & maintenance plan for Minapharm / MiGenTra production areas and documentations .

Maintenance Duties (Production Machinery)

1. Issue Preventive maintenance' SOPs for new equipment.
2. Issue annual preventive maintenance plan.
3. Follow up maintenance request for machines.
4. Follow up preventive maintenance of production equipment and coordinate with the production operators.
5. Follow up engineering objectives of production areas.
6. Issue spare parts PRs for corrective and preventative maintenance.
7. Reporting and Managing Deviations
8. Communicate with machine agent and service suppliers to consult about maintenance Equipment’s.
9. Cooperate with the validation department to validate the amendment of Equipment.
10. Train and lead new engineers on the maintenance and operation of equipment.

Qualifications (Educational Background & preferred experience):

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical engineering is a must.
• Experience :

Unit Head : From 6-9 of relevant experience.

Section Head : 9-12 of relevant experience.

• Six Sigma Literacy
• Advanced Knowledge of cGMP
