Mechanical Site Engineer

Requirements:

• Minimum 5+ years’ experience in construction (with at least 2 years in Gulf countries).
• UPDA grade (Any Grade) is preferred.
• Transferrable Visa with NOC – Immediate availability.
• Strong background in buildings, mixed-use developments, commercial and residential projects.

Responsibilities:

• Supervise and manage all mechanical site activities (HVAC, plumbing, drainage, firefighting systems).
• Ensure work is executed as per project specifications, drawings, safety regulations, and QA/QC standards.
• Coordinate with consultants, subcontractors, and other stakeholders for smooth site execution.
• Prepare daily/weekly progress reports and highlight site issues.
• Ensure proper installation, testing, and commissioning of mechanical systems.
• Manage and guide site supervisors and workforce for timely project delivery.
• Report to operation manager daily.
