Role Overview:

We are looking for a Site Engineer – Mechanical with strong MEP experience to oversee mechanical works on-site, ensuring compliance with design specifications, quality standards, and project timelines. The ideal candidate will have experience in villa projects and data centers, and a solid understanding of UAE construction practices.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and execute mechanical works (HVAC, plumbing, fire fighting) as per approved drawings and specifications.
• Coordinate with electrical and plumbing teams for integrated MEP execution.
• Monitor daily site activities and ensure adherence to safety and quality standards.
• Review and verify material submittals and shop drawings.
• Prepare daily progress reports and update project schedules.
• Resolve technical issues and liaise with consultants and clients for approvals.
• Ensure compliance with local regulations and project requirements.
• Assist in testing and commissioning of mechanical systems.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering.
• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in MEP site execution.
• Proven experience in villa projects and data center mechanical works.
• Knowledge of UAE construction standards and safety regulations.
• Proficiency in MS Office and AutoCAD; familiarity with Primavera is an advantage.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• UAE experience preferred; valid UAE driving license is an advantage.
