Mechanical Superintendent

Job Title: Mechanical Superintendent

Location: Projects across the U.S.

Mechanical Superintendent Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee Rigging, Equipment Installs, Industrial Mechanical, Welding, Piping, etc.
• Coordinate with clients, contractors, and stakeholders for project success.
• Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and electrical drawings.
• Supervise a team of 50+ mechanics, providing leadership and support.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and OSHA standards.
• Monitor project progress and adjust to meet deadlines.
• Maintain project documentation and provide updates.

Mechanical Superintendent Qualifications:

• Experience: 8-10 years of mechanical installation experience.
• Proficiency in reading blueprints and technical documents.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.
• OSHA 30 required.
• MEWP cert required
• Valid driver’s license and ability to travel.
• Must have PPE and basic hand tools.

Mechanical Conveyor Superintendent Compensation and Benefits:

• Hourly Rate: $38-$45/hr (Based on experience).
• Per Diem: $115/day
• Work Schedule: 58 hours/wk M-S
• Weekly pay.

Pay: $38.00 - $45.00 per hour
