Job Description:

We are looking for a highly skilled Mechanical Supervisor to oversee and manage mechanical works on construction projects. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in MEP systems within the construction sector and a strong track record of supervising site teams, ensuring high-quality execution, and adhering to project schedules and standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and manage all mechanical and MEP activities on assigned projects.
• Coordinate with project engineers, contractors, and subcontractors to ensure smooth workflow and compliance with project specifications.
• Monitor daily site activities and ensure work is executed according to drawings, specifications, and standards.
• Ensure proper installation, testing, and commissioning of mechanical systems.
• Conduct regular site inspections and quality control checks to maintain high standards.
• Provide technical guidance and support to site technicians and junior staff.
• Ensure adherence to safety regulations, codes, and best practices on site.
• Assist in planning and allocating resources, tools, and manpower efficiently.
• Maintain accurate project documentation, progress reports, and material records.
• Identify and resolve any site-related issues or technical challenges promptly.

Key Requirements:

• Candidates must be currently available in the UAE.
• Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
• Minimum 10 years of experience in construction, with strong exposure to GCC projects preferred.
• In-depth knowledge of MEP systems, codes, and standards.
• Strong leadership, coordination, and communication skills.
• UAE Driving License is highly preferred.
