MEP Supervisor

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise, monitor, and coordinate MEP activities on-site to ensure timely completion.
• Review MEP drawings, specifications, and shop drawings to ensure compliance with project requirements.
• Plan daily/weekly work schedules and allocate tasks to the MEP workforce and subcontractors.
• Inspect installation works for HVAC, electrical, plumbing, firefighting, and ELV systems.
• Ensure materials, tools, and equipment required for MEP works are available on time.
• Coordinate with civil/fit-out teams to avoid clashes between structural, architectural, and MEP services.
• Conduct quality checks and ensure compliance with safety standards and authority regulations.
• Attend site meetings with consultants, clients, and contractors to report progress and resolve issues.
• Prepare site reports, progress updates, and snag lists related to MEP works.
• Support testing, commissioning, and final handover of MEP systems.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED4,000.00 - AED7,000.00 per month
