Job Description:

We are seeking a diligent and experienced Mechanical Supervisor to oversee and coordinate mechanical maintenance and installation activities on-site. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of hands-on experience in the UAE, demonstrating strong supervisory skills, technical expertise, and knowledge of local safety standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate mechanical work activities on-site, ensuring adherence to project specifications, safety protocols, and quality standards.
• Monitor daily work progress and provide technical guidance to the mechanical team.
• Review and interpret drawings, technical specifications, and work orders.
• Ensure timely procurement and proper utilization of materials and equipment.
• Conduct inspections and quality checks to ensure work meets safety and quality standards.
• Identify and resolve technical issues promptly to avoid project delays.
• Liaise with project managers, clients, and subcontractors to ensure smooth workflow.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 2 years of UAE experience in a similar role.
• Diploma or Degree in Mechanical Engineering or relevant field.
• Strong knowledge of mechanical systems, tools, and safety procedures.
• Excellent supervisory and communication skills.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and manuals.
• Familiarity with UAE safety regulations and standards.
• Enforce safety regulations and promote a safety-conscious work environment.
• Maintain documentation related to work progress, inspections, and safety reports.
• Assist in planning and scheduling mechanical activities in coordination with project timelines.
