Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Mechanical Supervisor with a minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience in mechanical works. The ideal candidate should hold a Diploma in Mechanical Engineering and possess strong practical knowledge in supervising and executing various types of mechanical projects. The candidate will be responsible for overseeing mechanical activities, managing manpower, ensuring quality standards, and maintaining safety compliance at site.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate day-to-day mechanical works at site/workshop.
• Lead and manage mechanical technicians and workers.
• Ensure proper execution of installation, maintenance, and repair of mechanical systems and equipment.
• Read and interpret engineering drawings and technical documents.
• Monitor project progress and ensure timely completion.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company standards.
• Conduct inspections and quality checks on mechanical works.
• Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and other departments.
• Maintain records of work progress, materials, and manpower.
• Troubleshoot mechanical issues and provide technical solutions.

Required Qualifications

• Diploma in Mechanical Engineering (Mandatory).
• Minimum 5 years of experience in mechanical supervision.
• Strong practical experience in mechanical installation, maintenance, fabrication, piping, or related mechanical works.
• Ability to read and understand technical drawings.
• Good leadership and team management skills.
• Knowledge of safety procedures and site practices.
• Basic computer knowledge (MS Office preferred).
