Structural Foreman - Mechanical

Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced Structural Foreman - Mechanical to supervise and coordinate structural works at the project site. The candidate will be responsible for managing manpower, ensuring work is completed according to drawings and specifications, and maintaining safety and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise daily structural construction activities at site.
• Manage and guide workers including carpenters, steel fixers, and helpers.
• Ensure works are carried out according to approved drawings and method statements.
• Coordinate with site engineers and project team for smooth work progress.
• Monitor quality of concrete, steel reinforcement, and structural installations.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and site procedures.
• Report daily progress and site issues to the site engineer.

Requirements:

• Minimum 3–5 years experience as Structural Foreman in Mechanical construction projects.
• Good knowledge of structural works such as concrete, reinforcement, and steel structures.
• Ability to read basic construction drawings.
• Strong leadership and manpower management skills.
• Experience in oil & gas projects will be an advantage.
• UAE experience preferred.
