Mechanical Supervisor – PEB & Structural Works

Top Engineering Construction is seeking a skilled and dedicated Mechanical Supervisor for our project located at Gharo. The ideal candidate must have strong hands-on experience in supervising Pre-Engineered Building (PEB) erection works and structural steel fabrication and installation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and monitor daily site activities related to PEB and structural steel works.
• Ensure work execution as per drawings, design specifications, and quality standards.
• Coordinate with engineers, subcontractors, and labor teams to meet project deadlines.
• Maintain work progress reports, manpower records, and material usage logs.
• Enforce site safety measures and ensure compliance with HSE requirements.
• Identify and resolve technical or execution issues promptly at the site.

Requirements:

• Diploma or Degree in Mechanical Engineering or relevant technical field.
• Minimum 5–8 years of field experience in PEB erection and structural works supervision.
• Strong understanding of fabrication, bolting, alignment, and installation procedures.
• Ability to lead site teams effectively and ensure timely project progress.
• Willingness to be based full-time at Gharo project site.
