- Medication Management & Documentation
- Prepare, administer, and document medications in accordance with Mosaic policies, physician orders, and state regulations.
- Maintain accurate and timely entries in the Medication Assistance Record (MAR).
- Verify, clarify, and update physician orders as needed.
- Order, receive, and securely store medications in compliance with community protocols.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and secure medication room.
- Resident Care & Support
- Assist residents with activities of daily living, including bathing, grooming, dressing, toileting, and ambulation.
- Take and record vital signs, monitor health changes, and communicate updates promptly to the Clinical Manager or Executive Director.
- Provide first aid and wound care when necessary and coordinate care with outside healthcare professionals as directed.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Med Tech certification and previous long-term care experience, preferred.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently, follow procedures, and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Must demonstrate empathy, patience, and a strong commitment to resident dignity.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
