Media and Marketing Coordinator

Includes but shall not be limited to:

  • Work with back office as well as various marketing projects related to merchant services, retail pop up, events, and other projects.
  • Test different ad elements, such as images, copy, and call-to-action, to see what works best with target audiences.
  • Oversee the creation and execution of advertising campaigns.
  • Work with colleagues to design and execute digital advertising campaigns that drive leads to our website.
  • Shop competitors and conduct analysis to determine key points of difference for strategic planning and sales support in all regions.
  • Collaboration with Sales Support: Maintain regular communication with the sales team to ensure alignment on marketing programs and performance metrics, fostering a strong synergy between the departments.
  • Digital Marketing Campaigns: Assist in creating, localizing, and executing digital marketing campaigns across various platforms, including social media, email marketing, and display advertising.
  • Demand Generation: Contribute to the creation and implementation of demand generation campaigns to generate leads and drive pipeline growth, ensuring a steady influx of potential customers.
  • Content Collaboration: Collaborate with content creators to develop video content, blogs, social media campaigns, and maintain our social media and email campaigns.
  • Oversee the creation, development of email marketing campaigns and automated flows for multiple clients, ensuring alignment with each client's brand, audience, and business objectives.
  • Devise comprehensive email marketing strategies that encompass segmentation, email design, content creation, and testing methodologies to optimize engagement and conversion rates.
  • Social Media (for ‘Global Processing Systems, Inc.’) includes but not limited to, Instagram, Facebook, X, Linkedin, Chimpmail, Website etc..
  • Social Media (for ‘Moses Heredia’) includes but not limited to You Tube, Facebook, Tiktok, X, Linkedin etc..
  • Management of media dept and/or media staff
  • Other duties assigned

Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and driven Media and Marketing Coordinator to join our vibrant marketing team. Duties

  • Develop and implement comprehensive multichannel marketing campaigns across social media, email, print, and digital platforms to maximize reach and engagement.
  • Manage social media marketing efforts by creating engaging content, scheduling posts, analyzing performance metrics, and optimizing campaigns for platforms like Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and Twitter.
  • Conduct research on industry trends, competitor activities, and target audiences to inform marketing strategies and content development.
  • Oversee SEO best practices to improve website visibility using tools like Google Analytics and Google AdWords; optimize content for search engines.
  • Coordinate advertising sales efforts by creating compelling ad content, managing budgets, and analyzing campaign performance to ensure ROI.
  • Utilize Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) to produce eye-catching graphics and promotional materials for various channels.
  • Manage marketing automation tools to streamline email marketing campaigns, lead nurturing workflows, and customer segmentation efforts.
  • Maintain and update the company’s WordPress website using HTML editing skills; ensure content is current, accurate, and optimized for performance marketing goals.
  • Support product management initiatives by creating content that highlights product features and benefits across e-commerce platforms.
  • Track campaign performance through analytics tools like Google Analytics; prepare reports to measure success against KPIs and inform future strategies.

Experience

  • Proven experience in digital marketing with a focus on social media marketing, content creation, and multichannel campaign management.
  • Strong knowledge of SEO principles, Google Analytics, Google AdWords (now Google Ads), and marketing automation platforms.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite for designing promotional materials; familiarity with HTML coding is a plus.
  • Experience with B2B (business-to-business) marketing strategies and print advertising is desirable.
  • Demonstrated ability to conduct research effectively to identify market opportunities and customer insights.
  • Excellent copywriting skills with the ability to craft compelling messages tailored for different audiences.
  • Background in performance marketing with a focus on optimizing campaigns for maximum ROI across digital channels.
  • Ability to manage budgets efficiently while coordinating multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
