We are looking for a skilled Media Buyer to join our team and manage campaigns across Facebook, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
Role & Responsibilities:
- Plan, execute, and manage paid ad campaigns across Facebook, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
- Develop audience targeting strategies to optimize reach and conversions.
- Monitor performance metrics, analyze data, and adjust campaigns to maximize ROI.
- Conduct A/B testing on creatives, copy, and audiences.
- Manage advertising budgets efficiently and allocate spend to achieve business objectives.
- Stay up-to-date with platform updates, ad policies, and industry best practices.
- Collaborate with the creative team to produce high-converting ad creatives.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Media Buyer or Digital Marketing Specialist, specifically with Facebook, LinkedIn, and YouTube ads.
- Strong understanding of campaign optimization, ROAS, CTR, CPA, and conversion tracking.
- Experience with ad managers, analytics tools, and reporting dashboards.
- Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions quickly.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Preferred:
- Experience working with e-commerce, SaaS, or lead generation campaigns.
- Knowledge of retargeting, remarketing, and custom audience strategies.
- Familiarity with tracking pixels, UTM parameters, and conversion events.
