Who you are:

• An immediate joiner.
• 2+ years of experience running ads on YouTube, Google, Google Display Network, and other platforms.
• A proactive strategist with a keen eye for innovative opportunities to enhance campaign performance.
• A creative thinker with a detail-oriented and systematic approach to tasks.
• Capable of managing budgets and ensuring adherence to targets and monthly plans.
• A collaborative team player with excellent communication skills.

What you'll do:

• Oversee day-to-day management of Ad campaigns for designated clients.
• Generate regular and ad-hoc reports from Google Ad Manager to offer actionable insights and recommendations for our clients.
• Roll out and optimize campaigns, covering research, copywriting, and trafficking.
• Foster cross-departmental collaboration with account managers, creative teams, and content specialists.
• Conduct in-depth market and keyword research, proposing effective Google Ad strategies for new clients.
• Utilize data-driven approaches to develop marketing strategies aligned with the clients' business objectives.
• Responsible for ensuring our clients' ads reach their full potential.
• Collect and analyze data on consumer behavior, competitors, and market conditions.
