Media Buyer / Performance Marketer (Facebook & Google Ads)

We’re looking for a Media Buyer / Performance Marketer who can manage and scale paid ad campaigns while also supporting basic outreach efforts for the agency.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, launch, manage, and optimize Facebook & Instagram ads
• Manage and optimize Google Ads (Search, Display, Shopping – preferred)
• Audience research, A/B testing, and creative performance analysis
• Daily monitoring of ad performance and budget scaling
• Reporting results (ROAS, CPA, conversions, spend)
• Coordinate with the creative team for ad creatives
• Do outreach for the agency (cold DMs/emails, LinkedIn outreach, lead follow-ups)
• Help generate leads and appointments for the agency

Requirements

• 3+ year experience in Media Buying / Performance Marketing
• Hands-on experience with Meta Ads Manager
• Basic knowledge of Google Ads
• Understanding of KPIs like ROAS, CPA, CTR, and conversions
• Good communication skills (English & Hindi preferred)
• Self-driven, disciplined, and results-oriented
• Agency experience is a plus
