HireMorph is seeking a performance-driven Media Buyer to manage and optimize paid advertising campaigns for international real estate clients.

Requirements:

* 2–4 years in performance marketing / media buying

* Strong command of Meta Ads & Google Ads

* Understanding of funnels, tracking, and lead generation systems

* Experience in real estate or service-based campaigns preferred

* Strong analytical skills (ROAS, CPL, CTR optimization)

* Excellent English communication

Responsibilities:

* Plan and execute paid ad campaigns

* Optimize performance and manage budgets

* Test creatives, audiences, and campaign structures

* Track conversions and improve lead quality

* Coordinate with internal teams for lead handling
