Role Overview


We are seeking a data-driven and creative Media Buyer with 3+ years of experience to join our marketing team in Abu Dhabi. In this role, you will take ownership of our paid media strategy, managing budgets across social and search platforms to generate high-quality leads for our sales agents. You will work closely with the marketing and sales teams to optimize campaigns for off-plan projects, secondary market listings, and brand awareness, ensuring maximum ROI and a competitive Cost Per Lead (CPL).

Key Responsibilities


  • Campaign Strategy & Execution: Plan, launch, and manage end-to-end paid media campaigns on Meta (Facebook/Instagram), Google Ads (Search & Display), TikTok, and LinkedIn, specifically tailored to the real estate market.

  • Lead Generation: Focus on performance marketing strategies to drive qualified leads for our off-plan and secondary market teams.

  • Budget Management: Manage and allocate monthly advertising budgets effectively to maximize ROI and minimize wasted spend.

  • Optimization & A/B Testing: Continuously monitor campaign performance; conduct A/B testing on creatives, audiences, and ad copy to improve conversion rates.

  • Analytics & Reporting: Track and analyze key metrics (CTR, CPL, CPC, ROAS) using tools like Google Analytics, Facebook Ads Manager, and Looker Studio. Provide weekly and monthly performance reports to management.

  • Audience Targeting: Utilize advanced targeting strategies, including retargeting, lookalike audiences, and geo-fencing, to reach potential investors and homebuyers in the UAE and international markets.

  • Collaboration: Work with the creative team to request high-performing visuals and videos; collaborate with the sales team to assess lead quality and adjust targeting accordingly.

  • Market Trends: Stay updated on the latest changes in digital advertising algorithms and real estate market trends in Abu Dhabi.



Requirements


Qualifications & Requirements


  • Experience: Minimum 3 years of proven experience in media buying/performance marketing. Experience in the Real Estate sector is highly preferred.

  • Technical Skills: Deep expertise in Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads. Proficiency in Google Analytics 4 (GA4) and Tag Manager.

  • Lead Gen Expertise: Demonstrated success in generating leads and driving conversions; experience with lead forms and landing page optimization.

  • Analytical Mindset: Strong ability to interpret data and turn insights into actionable strategy.

  • Tools: Familiarity with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, Zoho, HubSpot) and how to integrate them with ad platforms.

  • Language: Fluency in English is required; Arabic is a strong plus.

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
